The assignment

From operational problem to working product.

OneSpeak supports an international events business whose real asset is its people network: hundreds of speakers, their expertise, and the history of where they have appeared.

Challenge

That knowledge lived in inboxes and memory. Speaker profiles, expertise and booking information needed to become searchable and genuinely useful to teams planning future events, so shortlisting a speaker stopped depending on who remembered them.

Approach

We designed the platform around how planners actually work: discover, compare, shortlist. Structured profiles keep expertise, history and booking information close at hand, and search is built to answer planning questions rather than just match names.

Outcome

OneSpeak gives the events team a central archive of speaker information and a clearer path from discovery to booking, turning an informal network into a durable operational asset.
