The assignment

From operational problem to working product.

Moonfolio is a fund-management product for teams running custom cryptocurrency funds, where market movement, fund performance and investor positions all change continuously.

Challenge

Fund managers were piecing that picture together across separate tools: one for market data, another for fund accounting, spreadsheets for investor positions. They needed a single workspace where portfolio status, movement and investor-level detail read at a glance.

Approach

We organised dense financial information into a deliberate dashboard hierarchy: portfolio status first, movement second, investor-level drill-down on demand. Data visualisation carries the load, so state is legible before a single number is read.

Outcome

Moonfolio provides one web-based workspace for managing custom funds, reviewing performance and maintaining investor portfolios, replacing the patchwork of tools it grew out of.
