The assignment
From operational problem to working product.
Maduna Labs came to us with an established brand system and an ambitious concept: a marketplace where creators could mint and trade digital assets under their own identity.
Challenge
The gap was between brand and buildable product. Before development could begin, the team needed the marketplace journeys defined, the visual identity translated into working product UI, and stakeholders aligned around one concrete picture of the experience.
Approach
We defined the core marketplace journeys first: discovery, minting, listing and trading. Then we applied the established visual identity to product UI and produced detailed high-fidelity screens for each journey, so every flow could be walked end to end before a line of code existed.
Outcome
Maduna Labs received a comprehensive visual blueprint of the platform: a set of high-fidelity screens precise enough to guide implementation and to align stakeholders around the intended product.
